In order to use this portal, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information. The registration information given by the user must always be accurate, correct and up to date. This information is used to contact the user.
All information provided by the user under the 'MY PROFILE' page is available only to the Admin of the Adda the user belongs to. Please be aware of this. You can find who your Adda Admin is (are) under Residents List. Here Adda means the Apartment Complex that is registered on this portal, and under which you have a registered account.
This web site may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this portal.
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our portal, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. ApartmentAdda.com will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. ApartmentAdda.com stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.
The user understands that any information provided on Cross-Adda notices is visible outside his Adda. The Cross-Adda notices may also be made visible to search engines. The user is responsible for any information shared via Cross-Adda notices.
This portal takes every precaution to protect users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the portal, the information is protected both online and off-line. We have enabled SSL encryption so as to ensure that your data remains encrypted during transmission to and from the site. These precautions, though industry standard are nonetheless only as secure as the end-user's practice. Tools and services on this portal are categorized as BASIC (free) and PREMIUM (subscription). PREMIUM service includes all features of the portal whereas BASIC service has a limited subset of features.
Personal information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy. Your personal information belongs to you. We collect this type of information when you provide it, but we do NOT rent or sell information concerning our customers to third parties for ANY reason.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the UserID and password you choose when you create your account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to (a) immediately notify ApartmentAdda.com of any unauthorized use of your password, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session using the Logout link. ApartmentAdda.com cannot and will not be liable for any consequence arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
You understand that all information (such as data files, written text, audio files, images or any other media) which you may have access to as part of, or through your use of ApartmentAdda.com are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. ApartmentAdda.com takes no responsibility for abusive content, and it is the responsibility of the users to regulate such content. ApartmentAdda.com reserves the right to suspend its service to users involving in service abuse.

Airline tickets that restrict transfer, other unauthorized ticket sale - Alcohol or tobacco products - Blood, bodily fluids or body parts - Bulk email or mailing lists that contain names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifying information - Burglary tools, including but not limited to lock-picks or motor vehicle master keys - Controlled substances or illegal drugs, substances and items used to manufacture controlled substances and drug paraphernalia -Counterfeit currency, coins and stamps, tickets, as well as equipment designed to make them - Counterfeit, replica, or knock-off brand name goods - Coupons or gift cards that restrict transfer, other unauthorized coupons or gift cards - False identification cards, forged certificates - Fireworks, firearms and explosives - Gambling items, including but not limited to lottery tickets - Material that infringes copyright, including but not limited to software or other unauthorized digital goods sale - Pornography - Pet animal parts, blood, or fluids - Prescription drugs and medical devices, including but not limited to prescription or contact lenses, defibrillators, hypodermic needles or hearing aids - Stolen property, or property with serial number removed or altered.
Items can be included in the above list as and when prohibited by law.
