Dear Adda Admins,

We have upgraded Visitor Tracker Application to send an SMS alert to the Flat or Villa Owner whenever a visitor is checked in at the gate. This option can be enabled in Visitor Tracker > Setup tab.

Also the list of visitors visiting that flat or villa can be viewed in the My Flat Application of the Resident’s Dashboard by all the users of that Flat/Villa. This log will have the details of the Visitor Name, Mobile and the date and time the visitor entered and left the complex.

Dear ApartmentAdda Users,

Now you can organize the digital life of your community better. The Document Repository and Admin Files applications now support links to popular picture sharing sites like Picasa/Flickr and video sharing sites like YouTube.

For Residents

Now you can save the photo albums and video album links  or embed slideshows of your cultural events, and other audiovisual records of your community. There is no limit to the number of links you can store.

You can also share these links in your Public Adda page’s Wall – to brag to the world ( or  to your neighboring Apartment Complex in particular! )

For Association Committee Members

You can now post important links regarding rules and regulations,  etc. for the benefit of residents.

If you use online document editors for collaboration – such as Google Docs, you can store the link in the appropriate Repository. E.g., if the Management Committee wants to collaboratively edit the Rules & Regulations, you can create a Google Doc & store the link in Admin Files. An email will go to the MC members with the link.  Similarly a link can be stored in the Document Repository, and marked as “Owners Only”. An email will go to all Owners.
