Some parents think their children have a right to play in the lawns, because there is no provision for a football court here.  L&T or  SCOWA did not offer them football playing facility.   Then, why did they move to Serene County? In fact,  parents are absconding their responsibility of taking their children to proper playgrounds outside Serene County for playing football and such games. That is what is done in U.S.A., in Europe, in Japan where I lived with my children and worked. It is sad that some parents want an easy way rather than make the necessary effort to help their children. Green lawns are a point of pride and comfort in Serene County. Preserving and nurturing them is a matter of great importance, not only for beauty but for coolness of air and the good health of people living here. My wife talked 2 days ago to some of the boys and they expressed the same idea of good lawns being a matter of pride here. They even volunteered to persuade other boys not to spoil the green lawns!
